Refunds

Art Vandelay Oslo (AVO) offer a 14 day return policy on any purchased artwork for domestic order, 7 days for international order.


The return shipment is at the buyer's expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


No refunds are accepted on limited edition art due to the risk of counterfeiting.


In case the item gets damaged during shipping

Our shipments are always made with good packaging and shipped with the best express couriers, but if the package is damaged upon delivery, please accept the shipment with reserve, and if you verify that the object has been damaged due to shipment, please send us photos of the damages by email with a request of the return and refund within 2 working days of receipt , as the responsibility in this case lies with the courier and we must promptly notify them.


Please note that photos are essential with the refund request.

If this is not done on time, unfortunately we are then unable to refund the order or accept returns on the damaged item due to shipping.


Damaged goods

For starters, please send an email to us with pictures of the damaged packaging and the damaged content.


Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to AVOs error, will not be refunded.


Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a set period of days.


Late or missing refunds
Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund. If you haven't received it, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.


You can also contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still haven't received a refund, please contact us.

Please attach tracking number and postal service provider. (DHL, UPS etc.)

We are not responsible for works damaged in transit. If the artwork is not properly packaged and damaged during return shipping, the restoration or repair costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
